Our product portfolio of fruit speciality products also includes fruit purees and fruit coulis:

Fruit purees:

• available with and without sugar, with and without seeds
• over 20 different fruit flavors
• processed with mild thermal treatment to preserve the fruit's natural color and taste
• for production of artisan ice cream, sorbets, pastry, desserts and drinks

Fruit coulis:

• very high fruit content, up to 86%
• constant taste and color
• perfect viscosity to decorate ice creams and desserts

Our product range of speciality solutions also includes a variety of dried fruit options:

• Dried fruits:

100% fruit, no additives

• Dried infused fruits:

100% fruit with additives, variety of fruits available including: strawberry, mango, pineapple, blueberry, apple, papaya, etc.

• Inclusions:

We offer three different types of dried fruit inclusions:

• Fruit: stabilized and dehydrated fruit puree
• Apple: stabilized & dehydrated apple puree with added color/flavor of the defined fruit (possible flavors include a variety of fruits such as berries, watermelon, citrus fruits, but also vegetable flavors like beetroot or carrot)
• Only flavor: dehydrated and flavored cubes with fantasy or brown flavor profiles, may or may not contain fruit (e.g. mint)
